The short version

You can use everything on TradeLens without an account, and we deliberately keep the personal information we handle to a minimum. This page explains exactly what is collected and why.

What we receive from you

Two features involve personal data, and both are optional. If you set a price alert, we store the email address you provide together with the alert itself, and use it for one purpose only: sending you that alert. If you message us through the contact form, we receive your name, email and message so we can reply.

What is collected automatically

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP addresses, browser types, pages requested and timestamps — which exist for security monitoring and technical troubleshooting, and are retained on the provider's normal schedule.

Advertising cookies

Pages on this site may carry advertising delivered by third-party networks, including Google AdSense. Those networks may set cookies to tailor the ads you see based on your visits to this and other websites. Personalised advertising can be switched off at Google's Ads Settings.

Market data requests

The live prices you see are fetched by our server from public data providers. Your browser never contacts those providers directly, and no personal information about you is sent to them.

Your choices and rights

You may request a copy of any personal data you have submitted to us, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — including active price alerts. Contact us and we will act on the request promptly.

Updates to this policy

If our practices change, the revised policy will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
