About TradeLens

TradeLens was built around a simple frustration: checking the markets usually means bouncing between five different apps — one for shares, one for crypto, another for exchange rates, yet another for gold and oil. We put all of it on a single, fast dashboard that anyone can open in a browser, free, with no sign-up.

What the tracker covers

The dashboard follows six markets side by side: global stock indices, individual company shares, cryptocurrencies, currency exchange rates, commodities, and the bond market. Each asset has its own page with a live chart, its recent trading range, and answers to the questions people most often ask about it. If a price matters to you, the alert feature will email you the moment it crosses your chosen level.

How the numbers reach you

Prices are pulled from publicly available market data feeds and refresh automatically about once a minute while a page is open. Certain figures — particularly stock exchange data — may be delayed slightly by the exchanges themselves, and daily reference rates apply to currencies. We display data for information only; nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

The guides section

Numbers without context are just noise, so alongside the tracker we publish plain-language guides that explain what the figures actually mean — what moves oil, why an index rises, what a fear gauge measures. New guides are added regularly.
